January 16, 1995January 16, 2012. I will never forget that day. The day I lost half my soul, part of myself. Be warned; this story is not for the faint of heart. This document is of a great tragedy. Not for the world, a country, or ever a town. But to me, this day was the end to all happiness. If you are sure of yourself, continue listening.
On January 16, the sky was dark and grey. Clouds threatened a storm, and thunder boomed in the distance. Despite the chilling wind, me and my older brother were enjoying ourselves. Walking along a path, laughing and joking. We were the closest siblings ever. As close as two pages in a book, you could say. On our right was the green shrubbery and trees that stretched for miles. I was wearing my beloved fedora and a turtle neck. My brother only a jacket.
On our left was a churning river, with visible ice covering it thickly. As we approached the bridge to cross, a sudden gust of wind blew my hat off my surprised head. It was as if an invisible being had thrown it to
Long ago, there was a girl, an Elf to be exact, who absolutely loved to dance. All day, whether a song was playing or not, she would move her slender body as gracefully as a stream flowing over pebbles in a riverbed. It mattered not if the location was in a forest where the sunlight highlighted the wisps of mist, or a dusty village hut. Her shiny brunette hair streamed to her waist like ribbons. Sky-blue eyes full of spirit would gaze at you with wonderful happiness as she invited you to dance with her. Freckles dotted her soft pearly skin. This Elf was named Song.
On the night of her sixteenth birthday, as Song danced with a male Elf, Willow, whom she'd loved most of her life, something tragic happened. Song and Willow were preparing for the "Dance of Love", which would seal their love forever.

I felt like giving you all some tips on drawing. These most likely don't apply to everyone, but they do to me, so... yeah
Don't expect to me an expert on the first go. Practice is key!
Guidlines are essential; it's very very difficult to draw without them. The amount of guidelines varies per person. Some people can use a circle, others need a lot of shapes. But you NEED guidelines.
If something doesn't turn out right the first time, walk away for a while, get some air, then come back later to try again.
Don't stress yourself to be a perfectionist. One or two little mistakes are alright. The main thing is that you have fun.
If you get a block, don't sweat it. Watch movies, read books, try a parody. You'll come up with something ^^
